Business Plan Development
The KIAC approach provides a disciplined methodology and
process to accelerate your company’s business in the government marketplace.
The process begins
by understanding your solutions, technologies, products, and services and how they add value for the
government, the systems integrator community and other stakeholders. The plan then systematically
identifies and targets your most promising government business opportunities, including customers,
buyers, influencers, contract vehicles and potential partners.
The initial phase of the KIAC methodology is expected to take
approximately 60 days. It is intended that the plan be dynamic and iterative based on market changes and
your needs.
