Channel Partner Management
Channel Development encompasses the creation and execution of a Corporate Federal Channel Program including:
- Contracting Strategy and Execution – Development of GSA, GWAC, IDIQ, and SDB/8(a)/ANC contract vehicle strategy
to include assistance in the negotiation of reseller agreements, Letters of Supply, Non-Disclosuter Agreements and pricing strategies.
- Systems Integrator (SI) strategy – Development of relationships with customer teams and horizontal technology / solutions teams
within a defined set of targeted systems integrators with the goal of participation in architecture, services, and sales efforts for total customer solutions.
- Services Partnerships – Recruitment and negotiation of targeted integrators as strategic services partners
- Consultancies – Development of relationships within the public sector practices of targeted consultancies
- Telecom & Vendor Alliances – Development of public sector relationships with targeted alliance
